Welcome to the Arbitration Rules page for Artists Collective. These rules govern the arbitration process for resolving disputes related to the use of our services.
1. Introduction and Scope
These rules apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to the terms of service or the use of the Artists Collective website ("Service"). By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for qualifying small claims.
2. Filing a Claim
How to Initiate Arbitration
To begin arbitration, you must submit a written demand for arbitration to support@artistscollective.us.
Include your name, contact information, a brief description of the dispute, and the relief sought.
Required Documentation
The demand must include all relevant documents and evidence supporting your claim.
Filing fees, as detailed below, must be paid at the time of submission.
3. Selection of Arbitrators
Criteria for Selection
Arbitrators are selected based on their expertise in relevant fields.
They must be neutral and have no conflict of interest with either party.
Appointment Process
The arbitration body will provide a list of qualified arbitrators.
Both parties will have the opportunity to select an arbitrator from this list.

These rules are governed by the laws of United States, Florida.
Any disputes regarding these rules will be resolved under the applicable laws of United States/Florida.
Definitions
"Service" refers to the Artists Collective website and any related services.
"User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses our Service.
